By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery details and payment information you provide are accurate and authorized for use. You are responsible for reviewing the order confirmation.

Product pages describe dimensions, materials, capacities, and care instructions based on supplier specifications. Measurements may vary slightly because of manufacturing tolerances and how a container is filled.

Colors can appear different across screens, and slight finish differences are not defects. Read the listed dimensions before ordering because storage fit depends on cabinets, shelves, doors, and intended use.

An order becomes accepted after payment is verified and stock is confirmed. Items remain subject to availability until that check is complete.

If a product sells out before packing, we will contact you and cancel the unavailable portion. Any amount already charged for that item is refunded.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change before an order is accepted. The amount displayed on the final checkout page applies to your purchase.

Payment is completed on a hosted page operated by our payment provider. We do not collect or retain full payment card numbers on this website.

We pack accepted orders within one business day and standard domestic transit usually takes three to five business days. These estimates are not guarantees because weather, carrier volume, and address issues can cause delays.

Risk passes when the carrier records delivery at the submitted address. Contact support promptly if tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be found.

Returns are governed by the Return Policy and must meet its 30-day window and product condition rules. Approval and return instructions are required before sending anything back.

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven days after inspection. Delivery charges follow the rules described in the Return Policy.

Follow the care instructions shown on each storage product page. Dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe claims apply only to the specific containers and parts identified in those instructions.

Containers are intended for ordinary household storage and are not toys, safety devices, or protective equipment. Avoid using damaged lids, cracked bases, or an organizer beyond its stated weight limit.

The text, images, product photographs, layout, and other original materials on this website belong to Tessa Site or are licensed for its use. They may not be copied for commercial purposes without written permission.

To the extent allowed by law, Tessa Site is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses connected with the website, an order, or household use of a product.

Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Tessa Site may revise these terms when products, services, or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after its effective date.
